Success: Our first bottle

I was worried we had waited too long (5 weeks, 5 days) to give him his first bottle. I had heard (who knows where) that you should try to wait until 6 weeks before giving a bottle but then I began to hear conflicting information that they might be so used to something else they wouldn't take it but we tried it in Dr. Brown's and his Dad very successfull gave him one. We had read it's good to start nursing then switch to a bottle but he did the full 2 oz from the bottle. I feel like a real mother because I can't help but "brag" about how wonderful and perfect if I do say so myself he is (99.9% of the time) for us. I'm not in love with pumping yet but I'm excited for the benefits.
