The many expressions of Mr. John Watts Sise

From moment one you are obsessed with your child's little face and while I'm biased on how stinking cute Jack is, I might be more enamored with his expressions & movements. Despite him sleeping the days away in the beginning he would of course awaken to fill his belly and this is when I began seeing my little man's personality peek through. I'm devastated (& amazed given the # of photos I've taken) to never have caught it on camera but it was this stretch of the face after eating with a extended eyebrow raise while keeping his eyes totally shut signaling, do not disturb me, I likely will be returning to my slumber. This has evolved into a more full stretch with a slight back arch & fully extended arms up above his head, fists clenched as though he had just won an olympic race. While these might come off as a tad "arrogant" he can just as easily flip to his flirtatious side. He has no qualms at batting his eye lashes and it's probably just becuase women are the ones most often fawning over babies but I swear he turns it up a notch from the men in his life. Speaking of women this last part is probably for the not faint of heart. I've lost all modesty the past few months and while 'nursing' is acceptable any more graphic details might not be, so you've been warned. Jack has taken to full on squeezing my boobs while eating as though he's trying to eek out every last drop of milk. Today, this movement evolved and he showed his manly nature by just pounding on my chest like a vending machine that didn't drop the selected food. I'm not sure he knows how funny he's being but his last favorite is a little chicken wing he wags when nursing. Can't wait to see what's next.
